It is stated in the Shakespearian play “As You Like It”; “Can one desire too much of a good thing?” Local business owner, Laura Agnew of “As You Like It Products & Catering” believes you cannot. Located in the kitchen at the old school in Union Bay (UBID office), her goal is to supply the local region with gourmet food and food products using local, all natural foods, prepared 'As you like it' at a reasonable price.

Laura’s apprentice-ship included attending the Culinary Olympics in Frankfort Germany the first year Canada won a gold medal. She achieved her Red Seal certification with the Hilton hotels and has for over 30 years, worked with several other top quality hotels and fine eateries around the world. With the extensive traveling she has done, it makes her an ideal candidate to offer you these diverse flavours.

For just yourself or having a party, "As You Like It" is able to accommodate. "As You Like It" can work within most budgets for all styles of meals and is able to meet the most demanding dietary needs to provide personalized take home meals for your dinner or freezer

She also has a product line which is available at the Comox Valley farmer’s market most Saturdays and in stores around the Vancouver Island.
